Pollen Studios and Gallery are looking for new members and inviting creatives to send expressions of interest.Įveryone in Pollen Studios works in an open, shared studio space, we are unable to provide an individual separate studio spaces.

Our events archive includes performance art, exhibitions, workshops and music and we have forged connections with other organisations such as the University of Ulster and Bbeyond and now Flax Artist Studios.Ĭurrent members are Jayne Cherry, Alice Clark, Aimee Magee, Zara Lyness, Aisling Magee and Jose Varandas. We have continued to be a small, artist led unfunded organisation with charitable status, with programmed monthly events. Pollen has been a supportive element in the career of students, emerging, local and international artists. Since Jayne Cherry and Stuart Calvin started up the studio in 2011, several busy bees have graced our creative garden.
We are looking forward to sharing news about where our past members have been Pollenating and sharing our new gallery space with them for an eclectic group show. For this milestone anniversary exhibition ‘Still here but not there’ we are delighted to share our new space with our old friends.
